Waiting since April to receive the casing, cells arrived already. No response, noone answers.
next step will probably be a visit to the police and reporting them for fraud.

Most certainly is NOT a fraud. Thousands of us have received our batteries and running well. You must know that from the many posts discussing them. Waiting since April??? Wow …you think that’s a long time eh? You do realise worldwide shipping is in absolute chaos at the moment and customs clearance is heavily backed up. The demand for these batteries is tremendous. Have you contacted the shop for the lead time and if you have a despatch date?
I think they are developping new products and they are not focus on this forum or direct support customer for now.. I just saw a new website is up with 3 products now : https://infinite-battery.com/
With 36/48v and 21700 cells :
Customs at least in Europe is not really a problem right now. And if they are swamped, they could at least answer to mails once a month as in “we are swamped, we did deliver order# 200-400 last month.” communication is king.

Very fair comment. Communication does seem to be an issue.
So I finally got an email reply and the stuff should be included in the September delivery. holding my thumbs.
