Got the gouach battery and it seemed to work fine. Then I left it for a few weeks without wifi connection. Though all seem to work when using the app with bluetooth it refuses to output any juice on the power line. I am quite sure it is not a cabling issue since when charging I can meassure the voltage at about 50v but when removing the charger it is gone. Attaching a shot of the app, is v1.3.0 super old? I have now had it connect periodically to the wifi for 24h but I seem unable to get updates.
According to this post by Alex v1.6 is only pushed manually to people that needs it for a specific issue (not yours) that it resolves, and v1.7 will be applied for everyone this week.
This should mean that 1.3 is currently the latest firmware, unless you have asked for 1.6.
When you say you’re not getting any “juice” on the power line, is this as installed on the bike with the switch in the battery mount turned on?
Because if you’re just measuring the power pins (1 and 5) with a multimeter you won’t see any voltage because of the “vehicle detect” thing, which is what the switch on the mount does. It bridges pin 4 to negative (pin 1) and this needs to happen before you get output on the power pins.
