I requested a few times for help recieving my battery. But I still don’t know what to do? How do I finilaze my order? I don’t have a gift card? Could you please guide me in the right direction? 
The battery kit is a bit technical. You will have to order the battery cells as well, install them into the holder using an electric multimeter to ensure the voltages are equal between the batteries, connect some very small electrical contacts (I had to use a magnifying glass), press some really small buttons after finding out what the heck happens now and hopefully finding someone who has experienced the same here on the forums, screw the kit together and so on. And then connect to your bicycle, quite possibly having to do some soldering. I do like the end result, but you’ll have to work for it and finalizing an order is probably the least trouble.
But if you really want to try, you don’t need a gift card. And it pretty much works like a normal web shop, so why not ask someone around you? Perhaps ask if someone can do the installation work as well?
