Would there be a possibility to stop the charging process before reaching 100% using the App? This would be a nice feature.
Right now I solve this “problem” by using Home Assistant and a zigbee Smart Plug, which shuts down after an estimated time to stop charging. But this works only at home. When charging somewhere else I have to set a timer and manually stop charging. (Or is this not a real issue a charging to 100% every time is no problem?)
I agree this would be a nice feature! And if it’s easily implemented then definitely do it!
But honestly I wouldn’t worry about it, especially not with this battery where cells are cheap and easy to swap, they’ll last long enough anyway.
Unless of course you’re deeply into the environmental aspect…but you’re probably doing your bit as is by cycling instead of driving 
If you’re riding often then I’d just charge full and enjoy the simplicity. Just maybe don’t store the battery fully charged for a long time.
