Under Voltage - unable to charge

I drained my battery completely today, and now the app shows “under voltage” and it won’t charge anymore. Have you had this problem before, and do you perhaps have a solution for it?
Best regards.

That should not be possible. How old are the cells? If you know what you are doing, you can open the case and charge the cells directly at 30V, at not more than 1A. Then wait and see if they maintain their V level. If not: Broken cells, otherwise, charge normally.

If that were me I would remove the cells and charge them individually to get going again and sort the immediate issue. However you really shouldn’t be ABLE to completely drain any ebike battery as there are safeguards to prevent that happening. Did by any chance come to a stop, wait and then use it again repeatedly? As I can see that be the only possible way to fully drain it.

I had this the Bosch charger would not work

Mulimeter showed 0V

I attached battery to a lab power supply (max 32V) which woke them up and the continued with Bosch charger
