I was able to ride a few times with the battery but currently it no longer charges.
For example, today: On the app, the battery was at 35%. 2 green lights.
I decided to put it on charge because where I live there are downhill and uphill sections…
In fact, when I put it on charge, after 10 minutes it turns off then turns back on but no light is blinking.
I therefore decide to open it, press the reset button and the 4th green light comes on, so I think it is charged because the app tells me 98%.
I take my bike, on the way there no problem, it’s practically all downhill… On the way back, at the start, no bars on the Bosch display, no assistance. I had to push the bike on the way back.
I put it back on charge and same thing: after 10 minutes it turns off then turns back on but no light is blinking.
It’s not very convenient and I don’t know what to do.
Firmware is 1.12.5.

I have had this issue just the once after I went down a pothole. My display showed ERROR and I thought I would be walking home but after removing the battery and leaving it off for 30 seconds the error message cleared and I was able to ride home. It charged fine when I got home up to 80% which I then leave it at and top-up just before my next ride. When I came to top up my software displayed ERROR and the Bosch BMS wasn’t recognised. I tried it on the bike and my controller also displayed ERROR. I opened up the battery and pressed the button to root mode and it immediately reset and recognised the Bosch controller. It has since been OK on subsequent rides and I do ride some pretty rough trails. The initial shock from that pothole was really bad though ….it hurt me A LOT having spinal disabilities so there must be some sort of shock protection in the battery. Maybe this is related to your issue. Do you ride rough trails?
No it’s not my problem.
Currently what ever I do, the battery doesn’t charge.
I have no error on the display or the app
