Hi,
after some weeks and around 1000km without any problems my battery doesn’t react / connect to the smartphone anymore or shuts down. Three green LEDs are “freezed” and “always on”, also after 2 days without using. The motor ist still running, connecting the charger doesn’t change anything.
Is there a way to reset? Was there an update in the last days?

J’ai eu le même problème que toi, les LED restaient tout le temps allumé et était fixes
C’est un bug aléatoire en cours de correction …
Essai cela
Il va falloir ouvrir ta batterie Gouach 
un appui sur le bouton blanc reset du BMS devrait sortir la batterie 
de cet état.
J’espère que cette manipulation pourra te dépanner
