I have Samsung 35E cells in a Bosch configuration the only difference is my firmware is still 1.7 and not 1.12 and it is running perfectly. The only issue I encountered was minimal arcing on a couple of banks due to the slightly stippled finish on the 35e terminals. I just couldn’t get proper contact. I rubbed all the terminals down flat and never had a problem since. I doubt this is your issue but your firmware version rather intrigues me. I know we all supposed to receive the new 1.12 update but I never did though with things working perfectly I really don’t want to change it. So far it has taken quite a while for the BMS to give accurate range and use predictions but after two or three almost full discharges things seem to have settled into what my original Bosch battery did.

I’ve finally found the time to install my dual battery system. The install went well and the system fires up. It took some to get the Bluetooth to conect but after many attempts I was able to unlock the Bosch system. I’ve posted on discourse but haven’t heard back. Basically, the battery fails to keep my Nyon controller awake. After powering on, the system is operational for maybe 5 minutes. After that the Nyon screen dims, it then goes to sleep and turns off power to the motor. I’ve posted my BMS #'s on the discussion. Can you push an update so that I can use my bike?
