any update on US battery shipping? As a reminder, the launch was a full year ago on 10/8/24, delivery survey on 2/20/25, gift card sent 6/9/25, and after that few updates on how US customers are supposed to actually get the case and the battery.

Anyone in the US received their battery from the US warehouse? When they added US shipping at the start of the month, I placed my order, but it doesn’t appear to have shipped yet. Maybe they are still working out issues with the US operation.

I placed my US order on Nov 13 and it was delivered on Nov 18

Thanks for the info. I wonder if what I ordered wasn’t in stock. (one 36V and one 48V pack without cells) Coincidentally, I just got a shipping notification yesterday (more than 3 weeks after ordering).

I never received a notice from Gouach that we could order in the US. When I apply my coupon code today it i s only showing about $86 credit (not the $400 euros I paid). Assuming your order gave full credit. I have emailed them to find out about the full credit. Hopefully you like your battery

There were two emails: one had a link to a cart with a discounted battery, and another email had a gift card code. Make sure to use both to get the full value from the indiegogo campaign

thanks. I have clicked on the prefilled cart link from the June 7th email, but it does not have the discounts applied to the battery case and other parts. The $86 discount code I believe is to be a refund so I can us it to purchase the batteries from other vendors.

Got an updated code and ordered today. What batteries did you buy? I have to get the 40 cells next. Thanks

I added the battery cells to the same order with my battery kit.

There were absolutely no cells in stock when it came to getting mine. Mine was a refund so I used it towards purchasing Samsung 35E cells in the UK as those in the offer doubled in price when delivery from the continent was added.

Have you actually received your order? I ordered on Dec 1st and other then the your order is confirmed email there has been no other notices. Very disappointing if it is coming from a US warehouse as very few US companies can survive if they take weeks to ship a product.

Also I have about $86 that should be refunded for me to buy my own batteries (I ordered batteries days later from a Texas company and already have them). But no refund yet.

Yes, I received mine last week. Not sure why there was a delay in shipping.
