Don't you dare delete my Post again!

Hi,

I won’t go into details too much, but I posted on the Troubleshooting channel and my post got deleted without any message or comment top me, why that happened.

In the original post, I asked if there is any way to communicate with the support because they won’t answer per Mail, and I described my problem with a still missing Bosch fixture adapter and baseplate.

Please just get in contact with me! I don’t know what’s going on or what the problem is with answering simple customer requests. I just try to get what I ordered. Maybe it was just a stupid storage or packaging mistake.

No surprise. I have not received my battery balancer that I ordered in original campaign. Finally requested it on December 1st with the battery shipment. It was not shipped. A month ago I emailed them and have received no response. Will email again soon. Either ship or refund that part of my order. I have already paid far more than my original pledge that included batteries that I also did not get. Very disappointing
