Don't you dare delete my Post again!

Hi,

I won’t go into details too much, but I posted on the Troubleshooting channel and my post got deleted without any message or comment top me, why that happened.

In the original post, I asked if there is any way to communicate with the support because they won’t answer per Mail, and I described my problem with a still missing Bosch fixture adapter and baseplate.

Please just get in contact with me! I don’t know what’s going on or what the problem is with answering simple customer requests. I just try to get what I ordered. Maybe it was just a stupid storage or packaging mistake.

No surprise. I have not received my battery balancer that I ordered in original campaign. Finally requested it on December 1st with the battery shipment. It was not shipped. A month ago I emailed them and have received no response. Will email again soon. Either ship or refund that part of my order. I have already paid far more than my original pledge that included batteries that I also did not get. Very disappointing

Did everyone above get their orders in the end? I want to order, but is a bit hesitant … at least I can order via credit card and get a refund through them if lt doesn’t pan out.

Yes everything went fine. Even when my BMS board had some issues it got replaced!

I have to say the vast majority of us only suffered teething issues such as firmware and an unwanted bonus bit of plastic in the Bosch socket…easily sorted with a craft knife. Running the battery has caused zero issues but the software blips now an again saying the battery isn’t configured. It is and the software mysteriously withdraws the error itself. It doesn’t stop you using the battery or charging so it is a VERY minor blip causing no issues at all. Thoroughly delighted with the product. In my case I wouldn’t choose Samsung 35E cells again as it simply doesn’t like the cold British climate. It’s fine in warm weather but the cold weather performance of a 500wh Samsung based battery doesn’t match my OEM Bosch 300Wh battery though I have no idea what cells it uses. Whatever they are they make mincemeat of Samsung 35E cells. If you are cold climate based give them a miss is my advice.
