Seems the low temperature charge cutoff is set to 10 degrees C. Can it be changed? I charge in an unheated garage and right now it’s probably between 0 and 5.
Have you tried my little tip of wrapping the battery in a vivarium USB heat mat. I have mine being warmed even as I ride which gives me equal to Summer performance…almost. Mine is wrapped around the battery and then covered with a Bosch Neoprene cover which keep the heat in. One 8000mAH power pack lasts one and a half hours which is usually enough for one of my jaunts but I carry a spare as well. In your garage of course you can use a USB power plug.
All I really want is to charge at 5 degrees Celsius instead of 10. Possible?
I don’t know of any way you can do that in software that I can see but surely you can at least you can create the 10°C you need to charge even if only using a heated pad.
In case it helps anyone, to release the low temperature charging error it is necessary to raise the battery pack temperature to 15 degrees Celsius.
