Customer Support/Nyon display sleeping

So its been a week and my bike is not ridable. No contact from Infinite. I posted here a week ago, sent an email an now dm but haven’t gotten a response. I hope @alex is ok. Running v1.12.5 on a dual battery setup Bosch system. Nyon controller. After a few minutes of riding, display goes to sleep and kills power to the motor. Toggling between screens while riding keeps the screen awake and bike on. No errors indicated on the Nyon display. I don’t want to open the battery to reset them as I think they are operating fine. Also, the Bosch unlock feature, unlocks the bike once you connect the controller, takes way longer to detect the controller and unlock the bike for use. Suggestions? @Alex @admins
