Hi.
I have bought the generic version, and want to fit it to a Trek Powerfly+7 2015-model with a Bosch Performance line motor. Now everything is installed, but the Intuvia display shows zero range and the motor does not engage.
When I turn the button off (on the side of the battery holder), the display wakes up. But still no action. And nothing happens when I turn the switch on. What’s the purpose of this?
I tried to use the troubleshooting guide already mentioned on this forum ( How to wire a Infinite Generic kit to a Bosch e-bike ), but the colors and position of wires didn’t match up. Am I mixing up CAN-L and CAN-H? Do I need to cut a blue wire, and why? Why is the selection of wires from the BMS different compared to the guide?
