Faulty Bosch socket has to be trimmed to insert.
Board wires potted too low forcing me to trim the aluminium case to get it to fit.
Red and black wires from board cross opposite sides to wire on battery meaning they have to cross distorting the connections.
Battery led lights flash fine until I plug in the Bluetooth aerial and the battery shuts down completely and will not wake up despite using the reset button and plugging in the charger. I’m stumped and feel like throwing the whole heap of crap in the bin. I’ve wasted months and a lot of money on this heap when I should simply have bought a new Bosch battery. Batteries are all brand new and evenly charged.
The fault is as soon as it fully connected it shuts down and will not wake up.
On top of that can someone tell me just what position that little slide switch is for as there are no markings on the board and it isn’t even mentioned in the assembly instructions. I am simply not convinced the wires are corrected correctly to the board as no-one else’s red and black wires seem to cross. I cannot proceed any further without a live battery.
I am getting very close to binning this.
